Sharon Swoboda looks after the day-to-day operations for some of FineHaus’ association management clients, drawing on her extensive management experience in the not-for-profit space. She is also our resident Zoom virtual event expert, with additional experience in Events Air! Sharon loves to roll-up her sleeves and get the job done, delighting our clients with her association management experience and focus on delivering events and projects on-time, on-budget and to everyone’s satisfaction!

Experience
Sharon is an experienced association manager, who works collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome.
Prior to joining FineHaus, Sharon served for six years as the Executive Officer for Canoeing Victoria, and was also responsible for the roll of major initiatives including Women In Canoeing and Paddle Hub.
Sharon also has a strong IT background, having also worked as an IT consultant and project manager at Orica and Colonial State Bank.
