Role-based Association Management Experts.

Sometimes, we are engaged to undertake a specific role, at an agreed hourly rate or on fixed monthly retainer for an agreed period of time.  We work flexibly as part of your team, working collaboratively with your board, secretariat and staff, either on-site or virtually.  Alternatively, we can be employed on a project-by-project basis, where we agree a fixed price to manage a project.
