Nicki Hauser is passionate about helping membership associations grow. She leads strategic planning, marketing, membership growth and sponsorship projects for FineHaus. Renowned for her straight-talking, practical and results-oriented approach, Nicki is a respected adviser to boards and management teams. Our clients benefit from her extensive experience working with associations, professional services and IT companies.
Louise looks after all things financial for FineHaus and our clients – including budgeting, financial reporting, bookkeeping, debtor management, data analysis and modelling. A qualified accountant, Louise’s systematic, rigorous approach is backed by her calm, friendly manner. Louise is passionate about using financial and other data to provide powerful insights and guide business decision-making.
Kelly has hands-on experience working for a number of membership associations, looking after the day-to day administrative tasks, marketing, events, sponsorship and board and committee support. Kelly also manages every type of event that our clients run for members – from virtual conferences, to webinars, seminars, workshops and annual conferences! She brings her meticulous eye for detail, enthusiasm, tech-savvy and a highly-organised approach to everything she does.
Amanda has 15+ years experience in association and project management including operational leadership, conferences and events, marketing, communications, resource development, education delivery and member engagement and as well as technology, business, workforce and strategy development. Amanda enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders and leveraging technology to achieve innovative and sustainable outcomes.
Robyn enjoys telling stories with data. She has been developing surveys and analysing the results for more than 10 years for clients in education, legal services, HR, healthcare and GPS telematics. After starting out in marketing, she now specialises in the link between creative and diagnostic functions. Her main focus is communication: delivering clear, concise and actionable insights for business transformation.
Katie brings extensive experience managing the day-to-day operations of membership associations and co-ordinating events and major conferences to FineHaus clients. Katie is passionate about creating and delivering a seamless member and delegate experience. With a background in continuous improvement, nothing makes Katie happier than streamlining and optimising operational and event management processes and procedures!
Michelle has first-hand experience managing the day to day operations of membership associations. She looks after membership and administration, organises virtual and in-person events and provides support for boards and committees for our clients. Michelle is a keen advocate for professional networks that bring people together to learn, share insights and support each other in collegiate and supportive environments.
Sharon Swoboda looks after the day-to-day operations for some of FineHaus’ association management clients, drawing on her extensive management experience in the not-for-profit space. She is also our resident Zoom meeting and webinar expert! Sharon loves to roll-up her sleeves and get the job done, delighting our clients with her association management experience and focus on delivering events and projects on-time, on-budget and to everyone’s satisfaction!
Jo is a dedicated membership association consultant and administrator. She has extensive experience supporting Boards and Committees, coordinating events and managing membership. She is passionate about the interdependent support relationships that exist between members and supporters of associations, and has had a keen focus on this in her day to day operations. Jo is also whizz at most membership and event management systems!
Kim is an Event Manager with deep knowledge and experience in end-to-end event and conference management – whether they are in-person, virtual or hybrid events!. Kim is passionate about creating seamless events for our clients, whether it’s a small workshop or a national conference. Kim loves working with committees, board members, sponsors, and members to produce impactful events with a delegate and sponsor experience to be remembered.
Nadja is the FineHaus team all rounder! She does everything from scheduling tweets and managing blogs, to taking care of members, association administration, event management and data management. Our clients benefit from her sound administration and organisational skills, which ensure our projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
Rebecca Hauser looks after the graphic design needs of FineHaus clients, bringing her creativity and fresh approach to every project – from social media campaigns, email campaigns to event marketing material and every thing in between! Rebecca creates compelling designs that help you tell your story visually and is also a very talented illustrator.
