Erin is a highly experienced association manager and governance expert, with wide-ranging experience in leading corporate operations, developing governance frameworks and improving operations gained in the not for profit and university sectors. She has extensive experience working with Boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams and in leading major projects and initiatives.

She has a proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities calmly, using initiative and sound judgement to achieve results in challenging contexts.

Prior to joining FineHaus, Erin was the General Manager – Corporate Services at Occupational Therapy Australia, where she provided strategic and operational leadership of all corporate services functions including financial management, digital and information systems, people and culture, and corporate governance and risk. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, Erin led the implementation of the organisational strategic plan and key change management projects.
