FineHaus is the only Australian Association Management Company (AMC) to achieve accreditation from the Association Management Company Institute, the global trade association representing the association management industry.

Among more than 500 Association Management Companies worldwide, only 80 have achieved AMC Institute Accreditation, demonstrating both the commitment and capability to deliver the highest level of professional management services to association and not-for-profit clients.

What This Means for Our Clients

Accredited AMCs are widely recognised as trusted partners for organisations seeking expert management support. Accreditation validates FineHaus’ commitment to best-practice governance, operational excellence, and the highest professional standards in association management services. This recognition reinforces what FineHaus strives to deliver every day — strong governance, operational excellence, transparency, and measurable value for the organisations we support.

For PSA, and for the broader association community in Australia, achieving accreditation provides tangible assurance. It confirms that the systems, oversight, and professional discipline underpinning your work are not only strong, but globally benchmarked. That matters. Especially in an environment where governance, compliance, and financial stewardship are rightly under increasing scrutiny.

Most importantly, it reflects the calibre of leadership you bring to the association sector. Accreditation is not simply a badge. It is evidence of intentional structure, documented discipline, and a sustained commitment to continuous improvement. We are proud to work alongside you as you continue to raise the standard for association management in Australia.

It provides our clients with independent assurance that FineHaus operates at a globally recognised standard, and that FineHaus managed associations are backed by systems, processes and professional oversight that meet the highest international benchmarks including:

  • Robust financial and operational controls
  • Governance and compliance processes align with global best practice
  • Service delivery is structured, measurable and accountable
  • Our team is professionally trained, supported and continuously improving
  • Risk is proactively managed through documented systems and oversight.

What is covered by the ACMI Accreditation

Accreditation is based on the ANSI Standard of Good Practices for the AMC industry. AMCs must earn re-accreditation every four years, demonstrating to an independent auditor that they continue to meet the standard. This ensures that compliance is not a one-time achievement, but an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and global best practice.

The accredition standards assess and measure performance across critical areas including:

  • Governance and service delivery frameworks
  • Financial management and internal controls
  • Risk management and ethical practices
  • Human resources, recruitment and professional development
  • Client contracts and accountability structures
  • Operational systems, policies and quality assurance.

Accreditation is recognised and supported by ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership, and its Australian sister, AusAE.
