Sharon Swoboda looks after day-to-day administration for FineHaus virtual management clients, drawing on her extensive management experience in the not-for-profit space. Louise looks after all things financial for FineHaus and our clients – including budgeting, financial reporting, bookkeeping, debtor management, data analysis and modelling. A qualified accountant, Louise’s systematic, rigorous approach is backed by her calm, friendly manner. Louise is passionate about using financial and other data to provide powerful insights and guide business decision-making.
Roz is an experienced membership manager and database administrator. Nothing makes Roz happier than ensuring a seamless experience for members – whether that is online, over the telephone or in-person. Nothing is too much trouble for Roz. With a background in IT project management and training and an obsession with data accuracy, Roz has never met a membership management platform that she can’t master!
Katie brings extensive experience managing the day-to-day operations of membership associations and co-ordinating major conferences to FineHaus clients.
