Meet the FineHaus Team

Connie Finestone is dedicated to helping professional associations to reach and exceed their objectives.  She is a governance, operations and event management professional with over 20years of experience in developing and implementing strategies for the service industry, government and not-for-profit sectors. Connie leads the governance, membership, events, systems and operational management projects at FineHaus.

Nicki Hauser is passionate about helping membership associations grow.  She leads strategic planning, marketing, membership growth and sponsorship projects for FineHaus. Renowned for her straight-talking, practical and results-oriented approach, Nicki is a respected adviser to boards and management teams. Our clients benefit from her extensive experience working with associations, professional services and IT companies.

Louise looks after all things financial for FineHaus and our clients – including budgeting, financial reporting, bookkeeping, debtor management, data analysis and modelling.  A qualified accountant, Louise’s systematic, rigorous approach is backed by her calm, friendly manner. Louise is passionate about using financial and other data to provide powerful insights and guide business decision-making.

Anna is an innovative, engaging and driven senior association manager, with extensive experience leading operations, advocacy and governance for not-for-profit organisations. With expertise in member engagement and partnerships, Anna uses a lateral, creative approach to deliver tangible organisational and project outcomes in resource restrained environments.

Nicole has extensive experience working as a part of a senior leadership team at professional membership associations, with responsibility for operations, events, marketing, sponsorship, finance and board/committee management. She is known for her strong stakeholder, project management and communication skills and creating rapport and trust amongst colleagues and clients.

Erin is a highly experienced association manager and governance expert, with wide-ranging experience in leading corporate operations, developing governance frameworks and improving operations gained in the not for profit and university sectors. She has extensive experience working with Boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams and in leading major projects and initiatives.

Sharon Swoboda looks after the day-to-day operations for some of FineHaus’ association management clients, drawing on her extensive management experience in the not-for-profit space. She is also our resident Zoom virtual event expert, with additional experience in Events Air!  Sharon loves to roll-up her sleeves and get the job done, delighting our clients with her association management experience and focus on delivering events and projects on-time, on-budget and to everyone’s satisfaction!

Kim is a senior event manager with deep knowledge and experience in end-to-end event and conference management – whether they are in-person, virtual or hybrid events!. Kim is passionate about creating seamless events for our clients, whether it’s a small workshop or a national conference.  Kim loves working with committees, board members, sponsors, and members to produce impactful events with a delegate and sponsor experience to be remembered.

Robyn enjoys telling stories with data, with more than 10 year’s research experience across a range of sectors. She has undertaken a range of research and consulting projects for our clients including Canegrowers, Australian Dental Association, Occupational Therapy Australia and Tourism Council WA. Robyn also brings her hands-on experience managing associations and her marketing, strong data and analytical skills and attention to detail to this role.

Katie brings extensive experience managing the day-to-day operations of membership associations and co-ordinating events and major conferences to FineHaus clients. Katie is passionate about creating and delivering a seamless member and delegate experience. With a background in continuous improvement, nothing makes Katie happier than streamlining and optimising operational and event management processes and procedures!

Michelle has first-hand experience managing the day to day operations of membership associations.  She looks after membership and administration, organises virtual and in-person events and provides support for boards and committees for our clients. Michelle is a keen advocate for professional networks that bring people together to learn, share insights and support each other in collegiate and supportive environments.

Angelique is an experienced Association Manager with over 20 years’ experience working with a range of not-for-profit associations providing administrative support and guidance to boards and volunteer committees, end-to-end event management and marketing services. Our clients value her deep marketing, public relations and events management expertise, her committment to delivering excellent client service and focus on building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Titian is a highly experienced association manager, with a passion for building a positive member experience. She brings her expertise in customer service, membership services, marketing and event management together with her strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to her role. She has worked with a diverse range of member organisations from wine clubs to professional associations making a positive impact on member engagement, retention and growth.

Roz is an experienced association manager. Nothing makes Roz happier than ensuring a seamless experience for members – whether that is online, over the telephone or in-person.  Nothing is too much trouble for Roz.  With a background in IT project management, events and training and an obsession with data accuracy, Roz has never met a membership management platform that she can’t master!

Nadja is the FineHaus team all rounder! She does everything from scheduling tweets and managing blogs, to taking care of members, association administration, event management and data management.  Our clients benefit from her sound administration and organisational skills, which ensure our projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

Tara offers a unique combination of skills and experience encompassing event management, business administration and clinical practice. For over 12 years Tara has worked in the professional association space, delivering a variety of events from conferences, meetings and webinars to clinical workshops and social networking events. Together she uses her problem solving, attention to detail and communication skills in the day-to-day tasks required to produce successful events.

With 25 years of experience in a variety of administration roles across a broad range of industries, Susie provides outstanding administrative assistance and support to our association management clients. She brings her excellent organisational skills and her positive, pro-active approach to everything she does. Susie is results-oriented and works effectively with boards, committees, members and other stakeholders to ensure things get done.

Sally has 20+ years in the co-ordination, planning, and support of operational and administrative functions gained in the not-for profit, professional services, advertising and local government sectors. Our clients love her responsiveness, her focus on completing tasks effectively and  efficiently and her ability to deliver desired outcomes to the highest standards. Sally has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and builds strong relationships with stakeholders, board and committee members and association members.
