Membership Model Review | AMPLA
FineHaus recently completed a comprehensive Membership Model Review for AMPLA that recommended a new membership model and service delivery improvements for AMPLA designed to:
- strengthen AMPLA’s value proposition for members
- encourage the next generation of members to join AMPLA
- support AMPLA’s long term financial sustainability and growth.
The project included:
- Internal research and stakeholder interviews
- External research into adjacent membership associations
- Member satisfaction and benchmarking research
- Development of new membership model and recommended service delivery improvements.
- Development of an implementation plan for roll-out of recommendations.
- Brand refresh for AMPLA.
The recommendations were adopted by the AMPLA Board at its February 2019 meeting and a project plan for implementation developed, and the roll-out has now commenced!
