  • liaison with potential vendors
  • selection of the vendor

  • project review and next steps.

This project builds on work previously undertaken by FineHaus to review the AICM’s website and member portal from a member experience perspective.

The guiding hand of the team at FineHaus was an invaluable resource for AICM has we embarked on the journey of selecting and implementing of a new association management system (AMS).  FineHaus provided fit for purpose advice, co-ordination and management of the project, carefully considering our specific dynamics and requirements. We had a hard deadline to implement the system and a tight timeframe in which to get everything done. FineHaus helped us stay focused and ensured that all factors were considered, all issues addressed, and the full capability of the chosen product (Membes) was leveraged. The result is a new AMS system and website, delivered on schedule, that has delighted our members and introduced significant new efficiencies in how we operate as an organisation.Nick Pilavidis, CEO, AICM
