FineHaus has been selected by Cooperative Research Australia to conduct a comprehensive membership model review.

Cooperative Research Australia supports Australian innovation, connecting research organisations and industry with private and public funding, data and insights, partnerships and best practice. It guides members as they navigate the complex needs and changing dynamics of industry-research collaboration, by sharing expert advice, experience and resources.

Following its proven membership model review methodology, FineHaus will work collaboratively with the CRA team to conduct a review of its current membership model and research into the needs of members and potential members. We will then develop a number of alternative models for consideration, conduct financial stress testing and recommend a model to drive future growth and value for members.
