Operational Planning + Learning and Development Framework | ANZACATA
FineHaus has been selected to develop an annual operational plan and a Learning and Development Framework for the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA).
ANZACATA is the peak professional body that represents creative arts therapists in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia/Pacific region. It is a member-run, self-regulating, non-profit company limited by guarantee.
Learning and Development Framework
FineHaus will work collaboratively with the ANZACATA team and stakeholders to develop a Learning and Development Framework that clearly articulates the knowledge, competencies, skills and capabilities that the ANZACATA is committed to helping its members develop.
A well-defined Learning and Development Framework guides program and content development. It helps prioritise content for events and resources. Importantly, it will also explain what members can expect to learn from ANZACATA as a result of being a member and clearly communicates this visually though a carefully designed diagram.
Operational Planning
FineHaus will work with ANZACATA Executive Officer to develop an operational plan to support the achievement of the high-level strategic priorities for the next 12 months.
FineHaus has extensive experience in successfully turning strategic plans into reality through the development of operational plans that detail the annual program of work to deliver strategic and operational initiatives, including how these will be resourced and financed. This plan then feeds into the organisation’s annual budgeting process.
