Strategic Planning | Association of Corporate Counsel Australia
FineHaus has been selected to facilitate the strategic planning process for the Association of Corporate Counsel Australia, working collaboratively with the ACC Australia Board and senior executives to:
- conduct 1: 1 stakeholder interviews and research to inform the strategic planning process
- facilitation of a two day online strategic planning workshop
- production of the 3 year strategic plan
- development of the first year’s operational plan.
