Nicki Hauser Strategic Planning

FineHaus recently worked with the Australian Dental Prosthestists Association to develop their three year strategic plan.

This process included:

surveying stakeholders to gather their views as input to the strategic planning process
conducting a pre-workshop planning session with the CEO and Association President
faciliating a one day strategic planning workshop with the ADPA board
documenting ADPA’s strategic plan, which outline the key strategic priorities for the next three years, along with supporting initiatives.
