This project involved conducting an online stakeholder survey and background research prior to the strategy day, faciliating the strategy day and documenting the outcomes and producing its strategic plan.
We then worked with ATIC to develop an operational plan to drive the delivery of ATIC’s strategic priorities in the first year of the strategic plan.
Australian Tourism Industry Council (ATIC) is the national representative body for tourism. Its members are State and Territory Tourism Industry Councils. The role of ATIC is to provide leadership and industry representation through a national voice for tourism, and to manage national industry development programs. ATIC is the owner and licensor of the Quality Tourism Framework and Brandmark.
