Strategic Planning | Australian Tourism Industry Council

FineHaus was recently selected by the Australian Tourism Industry Council to faciliate a strategy workshop to develop a four year strategic plan.

This project involved conducting an online stakeholder survey and background research prior to the strategy day, faciliating the strategy day and documenting the outcomes.

Australian Tourism Industry Council (ATIC) is the national representative body for tourism. Its members are State and Territory Tourism Industry Councils. The role of ATIC is to provide leadership and industry representation through a national voice for tourism, and to manage national industry development programs. ATIC is the owner and licensor of the Quality Tourism Framework and Brandmark.
